»  Comments | Post a Comment

Agents with the U.S. Marshals Service recently arrested a Slocomb man on distribution of meth and marijuana charges in Geneva County.

Court records show the federal government indicted Jimmy Douglas Adams, on three felony charges to include the distribution of meth, distribution of marijuana and using a firearm during a drug trafficking offense.

Adams was charged with committing all three crimes on Aug. 25, 2009, in Geneva County. Records show Adams indicted last month, but arrested by federal agents earlier this week.

Lawyers with the U.S. Attorney’s Office filed a motion to detain Adams until his trial Wednesday.
