Houston County Sheriff’s deputies arrested an Ashford teenager on a charge he raped a 15-year-old Dothan girl.
Court records show investigators charged Justin Allen Clark, 19, of Woodland Road, with felony first-degree rape. Records show deputies charged Clark with raping the girl by force on April 24.
Jackson County, Fla., Sheriff’s Maj. Donnie Branch said the case was reported to their office after the crime reportedly happened on a dirt road near the state line. Branch said the case was later turned over to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.
Clark was released from custody at the Houston County Jail after he posted a $10,000 bond.
