Dothan police arrested a cab driver over the weekend on a driving under the influence charge.

Cpl. Rachel David confirmed police arrested Adrian Mark Freeman, 32, of Cordova Drive Saturday morning on a DUI charge and a misdemeanor marijuana charge.

David said the charges stemmed from a report of a motorist leaving the scene of an accident on John D. Odom Road where he apparently crashed into a parked vehicle. David also confirmed Freeman was traveling in his AAA Cab Service vehicle at the time of the incident.

Dothan City Jail records indicate Freeman was booked into the city jail around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
