Showers and thunderstorms are expected around the Wiregrass on Wednesday, and there is a slight chance of some severe weather.
According to information from the Houston County Emergency Management Agency, most areas will receive rain, but a few thunderstorms could be severe and even produce some hail and wind gusts of up to 60 mph.
The risk of severe weather is isolated, however, with the greatest possibility of severe weather being over the Gulf of Mexico.
